The short version: write to hello@rhaeize.com. A person reads that inbox every day, weekends included. Tell us which phone you are on and what you tapped, and we can find it faster.

1. How to reach us

hello@rhaeize.com

One address for everything: a question, something that looks broken, a concern about a neighbor or a post, or a request about your data. We read the inbox every day, including weekends, and we answer by email from the same address.

2. What to include

Residents sign in with an email code or a passkey, so there is no password to send us. If an email ever asks you for one, it is not from Raiz.

3. Something on Raiz worries you

You do not need to email first. Report and Block sit behind the three dots on every post, opinion, comment, event, question, Job Board listing, chat and profile. A report takes the item off your feed right away and puts it in front of a person. Blocking a neighbor hides the two of you from each other across all of Raiz, both ways. How the checks and the review work is on the Safety page.

If someone is in danger, call 911 first.

4. Your account and your data

Delete your account yourself, any time. In the app, open your profile (the person icon at the top), tap the gear, choose Delete my account, and type the confirmation phrase. The deletion is immediate and permanent. What it removes, item by item, is in the Privacy Policy.

Prefer email, or no longer able to sign in? Write to hello@rhaeize.com from any address and we handle the deletion for you. The same address takes a request to see what we hold about you or to correct it, under British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act.
